Indonesian- Loyalty points cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offers or promotions.
- The Loyalty Card must be presented at the time of purchase. Loyalty points will not be awarded or redeemed without showing your Loyalty Card.
- Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
- We reserve the right to exclude certain products lines from the Loyalty Card program.
- The Alive Wholefoods Loyalty Card remains the property of Alive Wholefoods.
- Alive Wholefoods reserves the right to amend or withdraw the card and or program without any notification.
- The Loyalty Card cannot be used as a credit / debit or guarantee card.
- The Loyalty card is non transferable to any other member, cannot be copied and can only be used by the member who it is assigned to.
- Alive Wholefoods may decline to issue, withdraw or cancel Loyalty Card accounts and points, in what ever form, and / or remove a member from the program at any time where Alive Wholefoods have a reasonable belief that there may be;
- Any abuse or attempted abuse of the program
- Any breach or attempted breach of these terms and conditions and/or those relating to the optional elements of the program.
- Any behavior relating to the Loyalty Card or Alive Wholefoods that involves theft, misconduct, abusive or offensive behavior, or supplying false or misleading information.
- The security of the card remains the responsibility of the loyalty member, as do any security details relating to the account. Alive Wholefoods cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from the member failing to ensure the safe-keeping of these items.
- The Loyalty Cards cannot be bought, sold or in any way traded.
- Alive Wholefoods does not accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged cards. A replacement fee of IDR 50.000 will be charged to replace a lost / stolen / damaged cards.
- For every IDR 10.000 spent members receive 1 point. Once you have accumulated 100 points, you are entitled to a 10% discount.
- By being part of the Alive Wholefoods loyalty program, the member agrees to receive promotional material from Alive Wholefoods.
