Our Sour Cream is made using the whole cow’s milk and active live cultures. Like traditional european style dairy fermented products, it is slowly cup-set cultured into its own jar. The cup-set fermentation technology has more advantage than vat-set's one, so this minimizes the product exposure. The Sour Cream is unstrained, which means all nutrients are kept, giving it a rich and creamy texture.
No added GMOs, preservatives, thickeners, stabilizers or any other artificial ingredients.
Enjoy our Sour Cream as a base for dips and dressings, with soup or load a spoonful on a baked potato.
