150 gr Buckwheat Flour |
1 tsp Baking Soda |
15 gr Coconut Sugar |
1/2 tsp (Himalayan) Salt |
3 big ripe Bananas |
55 ml Plant-Milk (unsweetened) |
40 ml Coconut Oil |
1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar |
1 tsp Cinnamon Powder |
20 gr Walnuts |
METHOD |
Preheat your oven to 180° C |
1. In a large bowl, mash the bananas. Add the plant-based milk, coconut oil and apple cider vinegar. |
2. In a separate bowl, mix the buckwheat flour, baking soda, coconut sugar, salt and cinnamon powder. |
3. Combine both bowls and mix well - it should create quite a thick texture. Add the walnuts. |
