Suggested use for 3-4 servings:
Grills & roasted for meat,  fish, & veggies: Marinate with 2-3 tbsp prior to cooking
Stir fries & sautes : 2-3 tbsp
Curries & Stews : 2-3 tbsp, in the pan until melted then add your ingredients
